Hello Pawar, you have pretty good rank in MHT CET it makes you eligible for most of the college. As I checked google there are not too much good college which offers B Pharma so according to me it is pretty hard for you to get the top college but

After the first round of upset counselling , you have to report at the RC for a document verification and option to choose between float,slide,freeze. 

If you have done this and chosen float option then, you need not report at the RC till you don't want to change float
