2,76,166 * 0.076 = 20,988 (Approximately)


With this rank, it is NOT possible for you to get the Top Government Colleges of Maharashtra like COEP Pune, ICT Mumbai or VJTI Mumbai, especially if you are from the GENERAL/OPEN category.

You have decent chamces for getting CS in private or savitri bai phule university ,pune . Through MHCET DTE counseling , you must just filled the colleges you want by priorities . There are many colleges you can get into . It all depends on your rank .

If I apply for TFWS scheme then can I apply for general seats at the same time in choice filling?

Hello Tanmya, 

Yes, you can absolutely apply for the general seats along with the TFWS seats in the MHTCET CAP process.

Make sure you put the TFWS seat first and then the general seat as the cutoffs are high for TFWS and it will be better if you get TFWS

Generally colleges ask for a minimum of 75% ( BITS pilani 80%) or they ask you to be in top 80 percentile of your board. 

If you satisfy either of the above mentioned criteria then I suggest you do not give boards again and just focus on MHTCET. But if
