I have lost the application that i made for cet but i have admit card, cani get the application back, because the date to download is over?

I think there is no use of any application form when you have admit card along with rank card downloaded for counseling purpose. But still if u need it you cannot download it because download date is over and the sight will be closed. All the needed deatils in application

Yes obviously you should do that. They will surely understand that your marksheet is yet to come. In worst case if they do not consider through software then try to reach them through phone call or either from mail and explain them that your marksheet is yet to come. This

The documents are seperately required at the centre for verification despite uploading them earlier.

I would recommend you to keep 8-10 copies of each and every document and keep them handy during the verification process.
