Hey there as per your percentile and previous year cutoff for government colleges are high. Also your ranking will be  around 78000 and you are non - maharashtrian so competition for you is very high and chances to get government colleges is low. But you can go for private colleges

Your percentile seems on the lower side. Still, you can look for the cutoffs of the previous years and decide, depending on your marks, whether to or not to go to a particular college which has cutoff in that range.
