You are absolutely eligible to apply in a B.Pharmacy government college through MH CET and with a percentile you mentioned there is a good probability for you getting admission, however it always depends on the current years cut-off list issued by colleges themselves. All the best.

In any case, individual marks will not carry any weightage in your admission. It is the percentile that they will look for. It doesn't matter if you scored less in a subject and more in other subject.
