with 75 percentile in MHTCET it is difficult to get govt colleges seat because their cutoff goes around the 92 and above percentile so getting admission in govt puneor mumbai is some what difficult you can apply for good private colleges in maharashtra.

Its very difficult but not impossible you can get the college but i would prefer to reattempt MHTCET and try for getting admissions in government colleges. if you are ready paying a little more sum of money for engineering then you can surely get any private engineering colleges
