As far as JEE Mains is concerned, they already released the ranks alongside the percentile and marks as well. So there is no need of prediction.

However if you want to get the general idea, you can use the Careers360 rank predictor for it.

The formula to calculate rank from percentile is , 
(100-P) × N / 100 where P is the percentile and N is the total number of applicants.  

P= 99.27 , N = 4,13,284

100- 99.27= 0.73

0.73× 413284/ 100= 3016.25

Hence , your rank would be between 3000

The scorecard has been released . The provisional merit list was said to release on June 21st  and the final list will be announced on June 24 . You could get to know your rank then .
