Yes, there are some chances that you will get admission for B.Tech Agriculture government college based on your MHT-CET marks. But you will not get admission in top government engineering colleges as cut-offs are high.

Try for private colleges you will get the best one.

Yes absolutely admit card with candidate and invigilator signature is compulsory for admission in any college under any entrance examination either it is mhtcet or othe entrance test. This type of admit card are considered as original one and required in every councelling for admissions.
