Basically their is no need to know about the rank in Mhtcet entrance examination. In this examination result you only get your percentage and marks scored in entrance exam because this is the only criteria to distribute seat to students in mhtcet councelling. Mhtcet considered percentage and marks for seat distribution in councelling for admission in colleges under it.

There are very less chances that you will get admission in good and decent engineering colleges based on your MHT-CET marks. But still, you can get admission in some of the colleges. Try for it.
