Hello, with your JEE main rank you have no chances to get into any government colleges for engineering.
It is very low.
With your MHTCET marks you might get a seat in some colleges in Pune and Mumbai

Now to answer your question, The minimum qualifying marks of 50% of the total marks (75 out of 100) in MHT CET for computer science. but you score 90 which is more than that so with no difficulty you can enroll yourself for computer science course.
