Yes with your percentile  ..there are chances to get B.pharma in ICT college...

as you didn't mention  about  city where you want good colleges/ University ..so here  i  am assuming that you are talking about Mumbai itself..

As you mentioned your mhtcet pcb percentile as 80 ...  there are mhtcet cutoff of bams for some colleges :-
Rap AC   439-349
KGMP AC . 371-337
Ashtang  AC .410-326
GAC Osmanabad   430-318
And  for government colleges cutoff of BHMS and bams are as follows:-

Admission in physiotherapy as a post graduate program is taken through cet exam by government of Maharashtra. Since you have got 90 percentile there are chances of getting a government college for physiotherapy in Maharashtra else you will have to go for private colleges. You must visit the official website
