As per your mentioned percentile i.e. 7%ile, it seems that you have a very less chance of getting admission to B Pharm through MHTCET.

Until last year, the cutoffs were in the form of marks. So if you can approximately calculate your marks based on the answer key,

MHT CET is Maharashtra Common Entrance Test. MHTCET is state based entrance test which provide an opportunity for students to study in maharashtra based colleges. 

If you want to complete your studies in maharashtra based college then MHT CET is important else you can give other entrance test.
