for OBC the cutoff for Government law college is:-111.
still it previous years cutoff. it may have decreased this year. You should give a try as the selection criteria is based upon Intermediate marks also.
You should give it try and may be you can get it. Along with
ILS pune cutoff for general category for 2018 was 125 marks, it is not easy to predict 103 marks can get ILS pune this time.
