Yes, you can get it. MHTCET is given by students of all India. There is reservation of around 85% seats for state native while other 15% seats are filled by All India candidate to get CoEP through MHTCET you need to score above 180 (for Cse).

as 12th state boards question are from state textbook only .
as MHT-CET has level above 12th state boards and little below JEE-mains .
