The exam is online based and is conducted by DTE Maharashtra.
The difficulty level is expected to be on lines with JEE Mains.

The dates for MHT CET 2019 have not heen officially declared yet so the exact date for which MHT CET 2019 will be conducted for Pune Institute of computer Technology is not yet finalised. However the tentative dates for the exam are from 2nd May to 13th

There might be various coaching institutes offering crash course to students. You can take demo class and then join any of the institute according to your preference.
I would suggest you to also give online mock tests. MHT CET 2019 exam will be conducted in online mode. Therefore,

if you don't have domicile certificate of maharashtra then you loses chance to get gets in 85% seats of any colleges . Now you have to try for 15% seats which are filled via JEE mains .
