It depends on the college you intend to take admission in, but if you successfully clear the entrance exam you can get admission in good colleges based on that score without having to take another entrance exam.

The seat allotment for normal rounds have ended. Also, the allotment result for additional round is also out. So, now unless there are vacant seats  left, which seems highly unlikley, no further seat allotment round will be held.

Actually as far as I know domicile requires 15 years of continous stay and they require so much of documentation for each year as proof. The other types of Maharashtra candidates are students whose parents are domicile or Govt employees with the certain eligibility criteria. So I am not sure
