you will be given a set of options which you can use to take a call on the college you are given
so from those, you will freeze float and slide

There is no any such limitations on the number of time you want to appear MHT-CET.

there is no point of continuing your btech if you have already decided that you will change your college next year as most probably you will be able study for mhtcet with your btech first year studies.
