Hello,
As you are currently a 1st Year BAMS Student, you have to continue to being their for the next 5 Years. If you quit your College in between then you will be liable to pay the Penalty amount of whole BAMS Course to the College . This is because, due to selection of your Seat, other candidates had lost their Seat.
Yes, you can prepare for NEET 2023 but only when you leave the college permanently by paying the penalty.

Hey aspirant
When we look into previous year sources a crl rank within 50k is needed for getting admission in NITs . Category closing rank for obc is around 22k. So with above rank chances of getting admission for nit is less. Now coming to IIT, it is based on jee advance score. An obc candidate should secure 68 percentile for getting eligibile for jee advance. Now with above mark and rank you have a good chance of getting admission in government and private engineering colleges. Dear aspirant
You haven't mentioned your category neither your domicile state, as your profile suggest you are from maharastra I'll assume this as your domicile and gen category candidates.
Maharashtra state quota counseling lowest cut off marks for govt BAMS college in neet 2021 was 447 marks
So you will have very low chances in govt BAMS college at your expected marks.
In Maharashtra BAMS is very demanding course so cut off marks for even private BAMS college doesn't go so much low and it's around 340-350 marks. So here you might have chances in mop-up round but not confirm that you will get admission as it will depend on your rank.
You will have good chances of getting Deemed BAMS college in all india Ayush counseling. You can look for admission in DY Patil ayurvedic College or Bhartiya vidyapeeth bams college etc. Here you have good chances.
Predict your admission chances in MBBS / BDS / Ayush seats, use our neet college predictor tool from link below

Your marks is quite too low and getting any government physiotherapy or any other courses is very tough.
In Maharashtra state quota counseling there are only four government physiotherapy college due to which cut off marks are High for govt seats. Lowest cut off marks for physiotherapy for OBC category was 397 marks in TNMC PT, Mumbai in Maharashtra state quota counseling .
So at your expected marks you don't have any chance to get govt seat in physiotherapy in all those four government physiotherapy college.
Although, private physiotherapy colleges cut off marks are not that much it's goes below 100 marks also, so you might get many private physiotherapy colleges in Maharashtra state quota counseling.

Ashtang ayurvedic Mahavidyalaya Pune is one of the reputed college in Maharashtra state for studying BAMS and it's cut off marks are usually very high.
In NEET 2020 this college was allocated to EWS category at AIR 88188 and 498 marks in Maharashtra state quota counseling. In neet 2021 also cut off marks was approximately 10-15 marks lower than neet2020 cut off marks in EWS category.
