The required marks in NEET for BAMS government colleges under state quota is around 450-500+ in NEET exam for general category students. So you have to score much higher next time.

According to the previous year's cut off trends, candidates from OBC category requires minimum 580+ marks to get an admission for MBBS in government college and 500+ in private colleges. With the marks you have mentioned above, admission in government college might be difficult for you. However you can still try to get admission in Semi Government or Private colleges, there might be decent chances of your admission. You can also try through management quota. Yes you do have a chance of getting a government medical college in Maharashtra through 85% state quota. Going by previous year's data the cutoff for SC category was somewhere around 475 marks in colleges like GMC Nandurbar, GMC Gondia and GMC Akola. But since the paper this year was bit difficult than previous year you can expect the cutoff to go down a bit thus ensuring you a government MBBS seat.
