with 60 marks in mhtcet it is a little difficult to get into any government colleges in Maharashtra. but it also depends on which category you belong (e.g. SC/ST , OBC)
however you have not mentioned which course you want to pursue.

Cut off marks for BAMS in Maharashtra Government Medical Colleges is around 4 30 . Safest score for the same is 450+ because this will at least give you advantage to get a good BAMS college in Maharashtra under State Quota (85%) Counselling.
To apply under Maharashtra State Quota (85%) Counselling, you must have to be Domicile of Maharashtra and shall have Domicile Certificate . Otherwise, you will not be eligible to apply for the same.
