If you take a drop this year then whatever you scored in your 12th standard would be taken into consideration to check whether you scored above 75% or not. If this year you did not scored above 75% then you could give your 12th standard exams once more otherwise whatever you scored would be taken into account when you would appear for jee.
Sorry, you're not eligible for NEET. Because you must have to score 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English.
