Hi Aspirant, in my opinion, these two colleges are nearly equivalent. But considering overall in aspects like faculties, infrastructure, placements, labs etc Bangalore University looks a better option for me.

The choice of your college should also depend on the branch they are offering. Choose the branch you like.

According to me go for Chandigarh university if you are getting ECE there too. The parameters for this decision are- fees, campus, alumini network, placement, and many other things. The faculty are also good at chandigarh  university.
