It seems that your rank is very much lagging but still you have chances of gettin the branch and college you want. Now tlking about MGIT, the last year cutoff for CS was around 40000 for scheduled tribe so there are less chsnces according to the rank you have mentioned here. And it is also difficult to get into MVSR as well. So I would suggest you to try your luck for the above college also for the other colleges also. For this rank you have no chances to get Admission in CBIT, Vasavi. To get seat in CBIT, Vasavi your all india rank must be below 1,00,000. Probably you have chances to get seat in MGIT. But mostly you can’t get CSE/IT/ECE seat with that rank. Anyways I recommend you to keep on checking the webistes regualry to check the B-Category Admission Notification.  Vardhaman is best  because studies are good and teaching is excellent. Infrastructure is awesome .     It is one of the top college . There is no ragging. This college boasts with discipline. Vardhaman clg has closed gate. When compared to mgit it is also Good college . But in my opinion vardhaman is best college when compared to mgit .so  choose vardhaman.
