Going by the cutoffs of previous years, you can get MBA IT in KU and MGU. You can get a seat in OU but not in the main campus. You can try for the Jogipet campus. Also, it is not possible to get a seat in Nizam though with this rank.

Having said that, I will also say that the cutoffs vary every year depending on the number of candidates, their rank, the number of seats available, etc.

Both colleges are good, fee is affordable of both the colleges. Infrastructure and facilities of both colleges are best. Coming to faculty, faculty of sardar patel college is almost PhD Ian's and some are from IIMs, means they are very experienced. And Coming to placements, records of both are good. Sardar patel college gives 100% placements for marketing and around 90% placements for finance. Many companies like HDFC, ICICI, and many other visit the campus and highest salary package is around 9 lakhs. Mahatma gandhi college gives around 90% placements to students with good salary package. And sardar patel provided internship opportunities.

Hall ticket is required for the upcoming examination and why do you need hall ticket of 2014 examination? If you need it, it would be difficult to get the hall ticket. However, in any case, you should contact the University. They can help you better.
