Look if you want yourself to be ranked then definitely yes. Don't attempt the second paper as you would not be considered for ranking. You can always leave if you don't hope to be selected but i suggest to attempt it. You'll not feel like you have not tried.

Kindly check the last year’s TS ICET cutoff of different colleges in Telangana as per your rank. You would get to know the list of colleges where you may get eligible for admission this year if the cutoff remains more or less same as last year. The official TS ICET 2018 cutoff is expected to be released in July.

The cutoff marks actually depend on the difficulty level of the exam, total number of test takers and various other factors. Here is the link to check last year’s TS ICET cutoff of different colleges :

Well, it's depend on the college which will you choose. So,tell me college in which you are looking for.

The fees of govt. Colleges is not more than 1lakh but the fees of private colleges is not less than 20lakh.
