I have 4 backlogs after second year in my hons. 1 in major sem 2 and 2 in sem 3 (1 major and 1 minor ) 1 in sem 4 major. My colleges promotion criteria is 80% credit. till now I have reached 81% credit. Will i still get back year even I have passed their credit criteria

Im pursuing BSc with (maths chemistry and computer science) as my major subjects. But in 3rd year Im thinking to drop maths as i have to choose only two subjects in final year. Am i eligible for MSC in Cs or MCA programme with chemistry and computer science as my major subjects in final year.
