MAKAUT does not conduct a separate entrance exam for Ph.D. in Hospitality and Tourism. Unlike some programs, MAKAUT Ph.D. admissions (including Hospitality and Tourism) are conducted through a Research Entrance Test (RET) that they hold themselves [Shiksha]. CSE stands for Computer Science and Engineering. The carricullum and subjects are decided and fixed for all branches by AICTE. Every colleges follows the guidelines from AUCTE to ensure the compulsory subjects in the syllabus. But college might include additional subjects based on latest technology.

To answer your question, all of the universities mentioned are nationally accredited, and recognized internationally. Thus you don't need to worry about that. Though the IHM's of India are accredited to IGNOU, thus making it more recognized and acceptable than the other universities and institutes.
