Both are good NIT's in India and electrical branch is good in both NIT's but coming to placements stats 2019 and average package offered is Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur is quite better compared to National institute of Technology Rourkela . Because , Malaviya NIT average

If you prefer good branch other than good college , then i suggest you to take computer science in HBTU kanpur. But if you prefer good college over good branch, then i suggest you to go for NIT warangal or MNIT allahabad because both of them are one
