As you know both these colleges are most prefered for Engineering and hence they are not much preferred for MBA. 

If choosing between these comes into the table then please go for BIT Mesra as it is somewhat better than MNIT Jaipur according to me.

With 96.20 percentile, your category rank shall be around 10,000-12,000. However, the cut off for OBC in Mechanical doesn't really go beyond 5,000-6,000. 

You should try harder in the April attempt. For now, your chances are less.

It would be difficult to tell you exactly the marks required for admission. However, the previous year cutoff for admission to MNNIT Allahabad for Mechanical Engineering for Home State quota for OBC NCL was 3634.
