You don't have to do anything because character certificate will work in the counselling or college even it is one year or two year old.Main problems come in domicile certificate, category certificate, income certificate if they are old.

In order to apply for management quota seats, you need to directly contact the college authorities. The admission for this is not through NEET counselling. Search for the college starting date, and go and contact them as early as possible. Make sure you do that before the college
