Yes you can pursue your MBA degree post MCA as well with Minimum 50percent marks in MCA. For IITs and IIMs you can appear for CAT and GMAT. Top 5 IIMs have cutoff near to 98 percentile. For IIT Bombay and Delhi the cutoff is at 95-97 percentile for CAT.
