Negative marking is a marking system where every wrong ans deduct some of marks from previous total , but deduction marks is not fixed for every exam or entrance test .Its totally depends upon board of university or entrance conducted  organization.

However try to score more than 400-450 to get top Government college for BHMS programme & more than 300-350

I would suggest you to be positive and hope for a good result the marking is not as hard as you would assume. There is not individual  requirement but the  percentage requirement exist in NEET so if one paper does not go well then you should not wory at all

There is no such system to get direct admission in any IHMs. You have to participate in NCHM counselling to get a seat in the participating colleges. But if the IHMs does not get enough candidates,the IHMs may approach you via texts for direct admission for the vacant seats
