As per my knowledges , studying Mathematics and Physics at 10+ 2 level is a MUST for becoming eligible for JEE and other Engineering Entrance exams. So, if you have not studied Mathematics, you are not eligible for Engineering Entrance exams.

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear  but as per eligibility criteria  to be eligible for BA Economics  Honours in Delhi University one must have studied Maths in the qualifying examination.

So , if you don't have Maths in your 10 + 2 then you are not eligible

Yes jntuh allows to leave two subjects but on one condition the subjects must be non-technical and should carry 8 credits .

These can be dropped by college at the end of final semester exams but now there is no such rule and
