Congrats you have got good rank, but this rank is not suitable for University rank, and caste category also couldn't help. But for this rank you will get good and top colleges. So all the best for your studies and future.

There is no management quota in CMC VELLORE. It has never been their so coming up of NEET also does not make any difference as such.

The only quota which CMC VELLORE has is staff quota whereby children of staff who have put in more than 10 years of service

Basically Management Quota is Only available in Private Colleges as well as Some of Semi-Government Colleges in india,those candidate who didn't given Qualifying Exams for admission or don't Want to Give exams or not able to qualify exams then they can take direct admission through Management quota with giving
