You need to pass the given cutoff range to be eligible for neet admission which was 135 marks for General category.
So yes if you have got 135+ and you can afford a deemed university costs(fees will be around 15-20 lacs per year) then you may get admission through management

For fee exemption and you need to qualify tsicet exam ,and the qualifying marks for the exam is 50 out of 200 for bc category and no cutoff marks for sc st category
but for fee exemption you need to have income below 2 lakhs,and also caste certificate

Frankly your score is less for a good government college seat. But you may get a seat in any private college. But still there is a less chance of getting a good college in that criteria too. I will ask you to not waste much time and start studying
