For fee exemption and you need to qualify tsicet exam ,and the qualifying marks for the exam is 50 out of 200 for bc category and no cutoff marks for sc st category
but for fee exemption you need to have income below 2 lakhs,and also caste certificate

first lets talk of the government colleges
the current situation is that if you score below 500 there is no chance in getting anything through
Frankly your score is less for a good government college seat. But you may get a seat in any private college. But still there is a less chance of getting a good college in that criteria too. I will ask you to not waste much time and start studying
