Well as per last years cutoffs and closing rank its little difficult for you to get KMC. Last year KMC closed at rank of around 29k in round 1.And in mopup rpund thd closing rank rose upto around 15k.

See as per your Marks-497 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.
