For the management quota you will have to contact the college also. After you qualify NEET examination, select the college in there Deemed Universities portal and tell your desired college that you want to opt-in through.

You may mention your college for better guidance. Im general, you can join a college after the classes have commenced. Most colleges keep a later deadline too. In most colleges you can change your courses too. You won't have much problems since many students join late if permitted. Goof
