You are qualified in neet 2019 so will be able to get a seat. But as your marks are low so you will not get any government or semi government seat. You have to try for management quota in self funded colleges.

Maharaja agrasen medical college has 100 seats in total in which 19 seats are alloted for SC category as per last year cutoffs you need to score good category rank which was about 158 - category rank. So you seem to have tough chances of getting the college.

I am from uttar pradesh so the councelling starting from 10 June bt someone told it's now start from 26 June .. so that only I want to confirm ?
