Management and Business Administration
MAT exam takes place 4 times in a year, in February then May then in September and lastly in December. Colleges participating in February and December are somewhat decent where you can get some placements. Sometimes NITs also participate in that. But you won't get very good colleges through September or May MAT. So try to prepare for December so you can get a good college.
All the very best

Hey Vishnu,
At undergraduate level correspondence learning usually means students engaging with learning materials at home or work. These materials are produced by the university or college and are either sent directly to the student or more usually today accessed via the interInt. So, they basically mean distance learning courses. All the best!

Hello Karthik,
With your marks your rank might fall between 4000 to 7000 approximately. Assuming that you belong to general category and based on the marks you have scored you might have a less chances to make it into many of the best colleges. But you not worry about it as there are some colleges in which you can get an admission. Therefore don't lose your hope and keep trying through various counselling rounds.
Good luck!
Hello,
It's great if you are from either of the CSE, IT or ECE branches. Great here doesn’t mean very huge packages. But yes, the percentage of placement is really high. If you are opting for the core branches in this college, be prepared to do a great lot of hard work, because there’s hardly any placement. But, you need not be disappointed at this point at all. Graduates from this college have really made it to PSUs and the central and the state engineering services, and that too in large numbers. Placements are good. on an average it is 3-4 lakhs and with good skills and experience it can go upto 7-8 lakhs.
