You can provide the same universities leaving certificate from where you did your graduation. It will be mentioned in your PG form, don't worry. Else you can contact the college authorities.

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but with 478 marks, your chances of getting admission even in a private college for MBBS are very slim.

General category cut offs are always quite high, even for females under B category (i.e, management quota). Best wishes!

Sorry , your score is very low , you are not eligible for getting a seat even in Management quota in Tamil Nadu because the cutoffs are very high for this state. According to last year cutoff, 508 was the lowest marks for getting admission into Karpagm Faculty

Analyzing the previous years cut-offs, you will have chances for admission in govt colleges but the chances are very low.You may not secure seat in mech and computer sciences but have probavility for electronics. This also depends on present scenerio of highest marks and number of students.

Ofcourse you can apply via all india quota, and the previous year cut off in terms of all all india quota ranges from 538 for general and 420 for sc categories for the course of MBBS and 513 ( general) and 400(Sc)  for BDS . for more clarity
