according to last Year cutoff, Your marks is too low then the cutoffs..
Last year in Moatly Goverment colleges Cutoff will be revolve around 450 marks for Reservation category..Your marks is Half then that So.There is very very slim.chance to get Goverment college.

Both the colleges are very good for BBA in all the aspects, but most people choose DTU over NSUT because of the huge campus and big crowd. It dosen't matter what colleges you choose among DTU and NSUT because both the colleges give excellent oppurtunities for students for

Hostel fees is around 60-70 thousand. The hostel is fairly clean. Boys rooms are not worth the fee. Food

To get into a medical college in J&K you have to apply for state quota . This means that you should have J&K state domicile .If you have one then you can get admission there .
You should have a permanent resident certificate of J&K.

You didnt mention whcih category you belong too,if you fall under OC category then chances are low

If you belong to other categories like sc ,bc -d ,bc-e ,you may have chances for it
