Sorry to say but you have scored very less marks in the UPSEE examination. You will not be able to get a seat in government colleges as their cutoffs are very high enough. You can try for private colleges like:

There ain't any management quota in governmnrt medical colleges.All the selections in governmnet medical colleges are based on merit either through state based entrance examinations or through national based examinations like NEET,AIIMS,JIPMER etc.
