The least fees for MBBS in india is around 100000..
There are some colleges u der government Authorty with the fees of approx 100000 for Full cource..Here i am mentioning that colleges.
1-SDU kollar( most cheapest deemed University)- well established,very old institute,good to study - almost Rs1000000

You need pay atleast 6-9 lakhs for management qouta seat in amritha university in Bangalore.if you can afford to give this much donation for management qouta you can get Admission there.
