Hello, management quota means those seats, where the fees structure and selection is purely on the managments decision. It is they who fix the fees. However you can get relaxation on fees if you are selected like in sports quota and all, wthin that allocation.

Let me tell you that for Eco hons in any of the college in Delhi University, you just need to have passed Maths in class 12. It is not mandatory to consider it while calculating your best four. Do please check for the cuts levied on choosing

Yes, you can get a seat through management quota as this VIT has management quota too. But to get admission through it you have to pay 3 lac per annum if you can afford that then you can get admission there.
