The fee depends on the college not on the entrance exam.

Based on this NEET 2018 score you can get the Management quota seats in private colleges & the other option, you can apply for the deemed universities.
But as you know that the chances are less to get a seat in Government colleges.

The closing rank for GURU as per last year cutoff was around 17000 so you have a fair chance to secure a seat in MBA programme in the college
