If you are referring to CAT examination appliaction fees- no, its not refundable.

Apart from that the application form that you pay in order to enter the GD-PI round is non refundable

the punjabi university have not mentioned the fees of BBA they mentioned the fees structure of BBA+MBA (INTEGRATED COURSE ) The fees is 70914 per year and the duration of course is 5 years.
