Honestly, you wont get admission to good college but you can get admission, risk will be that seats dont get filled earlier.

Both the courses teaches about management and leadership, but there is a little difference.

PGDM-

• 1 year course.
•  PGDM stands for Post Graduate Diploma in Management, it is a diploma course.
• PGDM focuses on the technical aspects, providing exposure to real-life business situations.

MBA- 

• 2 years' course.
•  Master

Bachelor of Business Administration or BBA is a 3-year professional undergraduate course in Business Management, the minimum eligibility for which is class 12th from a recognized educational board with minimum score of 50%. There will entrance exam and most of it is conducted by the college itself.
