Roopa, you can take MAT exam 4 times a year in February, May, September and December and the scores are valid for one year. So you can select whichever score is most suitable for you and apply for the colleges with that score.

By seeing your score in exam they seems to be a better option for you but if you can try again for MBA entrance exam than that will be more better for you as both NDIM and IILM is just a below average colleges and it is advisable

Yes IIM FOSTIIMA accepts MAT score but the cutoff goes around 60 Percentile. But it also depends upon the pool of candidates applying to the college and your overall profile, i.e your academic background. You can take chances.
