By seeing your score in exam they seems to be a better option for you but if you can try again for MBA entrance exam than that will be more better for you as both NDIM and IILM is just a below average colleges and it is advisable
Based on your MAT score, You should have decent chance to get VIT vellore. Selection of the candidates is based on the written Assessment Test(WAT), Personal Interview and Entrance score.

Yes IIM FOSTIIMA accepts MAT score but the cutoff goes around 60 Percentile. But it also depends upon the pool of candidates applying to the college and your overall profile, i.e your academic background. You can take chances.

It's hard to say that but you won't be getting call from GITAM HYDERABAD by your score since it's February MAT cutoff is 75+ percentile and your marks is less than that So you won't be able to get to the further process of selection for GITAM HYDERABAD,
