No there's nothing like a minimum percentage in Graduation for appearing the the Management Aptitude Test (MAT).
All you need is a bachelor's degree in any discipline by May 2019 from a recognised Institute or University.

What you need to target would be speed and accuracy. The pattern of MAT is 200 questions in 150 minutes. Each question carries 1 mark and 25% negative marking in case of an incorrect answer. The four sections are : Reading Comprehension-40 questions Data Interpretation-40 questions Quantitative Aptitude-40
