According to the last year cutoffs your MAT score is safe but it is very hard to say as SAT qualifying score was 38.4 last year. So maybe you get selected if the cutoff is lower than last year. It also depends on no. Of questions dropped off from

The MAT Organises the exam 4 times in a Year- ie. in the month of February, May, September and December.
